Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If your cancellation request is received after fulfilment has started, we are unable to stop the shipment. In this case, you can still return the item once it arrives for a full refund, following our standard return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. All returns are processed through our central warehouse in China. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to China. Typical postage from the UK is approximately £10–£15 depending on the carrier. Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (like special orders or personalised items), personal care goods (like beauty products), and flammable materials. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original product for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For international returns, shipping fees may vary based on your location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is safely returned with a valid tracking number.
European Union & United Kingdom Return Rights
If the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. UK customers are also entitled to return items within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
I Have Received a Faulty Item
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A short description of the issue
- Photographic evidence
If your parcel has been damaged during delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service team. All claims for damaged parcels must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. We cannot issue a refund, credit note or replacement without proof of damage verified by our support team.
I Have Received the Wrong Item
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you did receive
- A photo of the item you received
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after your returned parcel has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
